Q. Shipping & Delivery

A. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from our U.S. warehouse.

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (USD). For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't cover delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If a package is marked “delivered,” please check with your carrier, neighbor, or front desk before contacting us.

Q. Which wipes fit?

A. Best with soft-pack refill wipes (tape-seal). Our lid has two parts—an inner part and an outer ring.

1) Prepare the refill (we recommend up to 84 sheets). Separate the lid into inner/outer parts.

2) Insert the inner part from inside the wipe pack, raised tabs facing up. If the opening is small, make a small slit at the edge.

3) Place the outer ring on the pouch and press near the raised tabs until you hear a soft click. Don’t press the corners. Reseal the tape and zip the pouch to help keep wipes moist.

Plastic-lid travel packs also fit, but since our lid can’t attach to the plastic lid, the pack may shift and dry faster.

Q. Is it durable?

A. Yes! We use premium, Japanese-made vegan leather engineered to luxury automotive standardsーhard-wearing, shape-retaining, and wipe-clean. Hardware and seams are tuned for daily use.

Q. How do I clean it?

A. Wipe with a damp, non-abrasive cloth; spot clean only. Avoid bleach, harsh solvents, and alcohol on material or hardware. Air dry.

Q. What’s your return policy?

A. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Contact us first for authorization; unannounced returns aren’t accepted. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. (We don’t list our return address publicly; it’s provided after approval.) Sale/Final Sale items aren’t returnable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; your bank/card may take additional time. If it’s been 15+ business days since approval, please reach out.
