Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, please contact us first at info@tantobaby.com to request a return authorization.
Items sent back to us without prior contact will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
For privacy reasons, we do not publicly list our return address — it will be provided upon approval of your return request.
As a small, family-run business, we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Sale are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Returns
If you received the item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the purchaser’s name and order information.
We’ll issue a store credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected. The credit will be sent to you via email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
