All pre-orders placed before March 31, 2026 include complimentary US shipping.

We’re a small, family-run business, and we truly appreciate your order and support.
Each item is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing Time

• Launch Batch orders ship in May 2026.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment (US domestic).

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (USD).
  • For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS depending on the destination and package size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Issues

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot be responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or front desk.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store.
However, we hope to expand shipping options in the near future.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund.
